Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Your answers and progress — which questions you answered, how you answered and how long it took, your test date and targets. Needed to run the product and to check question quality.
- Account data — e-mail, and your name and picture if you sign in with Google.
- Purchases — handled by Stripe; we receive your e-mail, the amount and a payment reference. We never see your card number.
- Product analytics — pages viewed and actions taken, via PostHog, plus first-visit campaign tags (utm, gclid). Session recordings only for visitors arriving from a tagged campaign, with all inputs masked.
- Cookies:
ob_anon(an anonymous id so free practice works without an account),ob_ph(links server events to your analytics id),ob_ref(the referral code from a friend's link, 30 days),ob_reset(resets your analytics id after sign-out, 10 minutes), sign-in session cookies, and PostHog's own. - E-mail lists — only if you give us your address (checklist, study plan, account) and confirm it with the link we send; until then you get no other e-mail from us.

- OVHcloud US (hosting, Virginia), Cloudflare (network and security), Cloudflare R2 (encrypted database backups)
- Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics, US), Resend (e-mail), Google (optional sign-in)
We don't sell or share personal data for advertising.
How long
Practice data is kept while your account or anonymous id is in use, and deleted on request — write to support@militaryentranceexams.com. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from study e-mails with one click in any e-mail. To access or delete your data, write to support@militaryentranceexams.com — we answer within 30 days. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA; we don't sell data.
Age
The product is for people 16 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
