Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-05. Military Entrance Exams is operated by Northpine Labs LLC ("we").
1. What you get
Free use: the diagnostic, up to 20 practice answers per day (reset at midnight US Eastern; questions left blank in a finished set count too, because their answers are shown), one mini-mock per exam and the calculators. A pass (AFOQT Pass $39; SIFT Pass $34; OAR / ASTB-E Pass $34; All-Exams Pass $59) is a one-time payment for 12 months of full access to the exam(s) it names. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
2. Independence and estimates
We are an independent company, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Defense or any military service. All questions are original practice items, not real test questions. Score numbers shown in the product (composites, SIFT and OAR scores, PCSM) are estimates from our own model and are not official scores. We do not promise any score, commission, selection or training slot.
3. Your account
Accounts are personal: don't share your login or resell access. Don't scrape, copy or redistribute the questions. Never post or send us questions from a real AFOQT, SIFT or ASTB-E — that is test compromise. Note that DAFMAN 36-2664 restricts group study for anyone who has already taken the AFOQT; you're responsible for following the rules that apply to you.
4. Refunds — 14 days, no questions
Within 14 days of purchase you can refund any pass in full, for any reason, yourself: App → More → Passes & refunds. Access to that pass ends when the refund is issued.
5. Score guarantee
After the 14-day window, a pass is refundable in full when all of these are true:
- You set a test date and a target score for one composite (AFOQT) or the exam score (SIFT, OAR) in the app at least 14 days before that test date, and didn't change the target after that;
- by your test date you completed at least 80% of the plan tasks that were due (as shown on the Today screen);
- you finished every full-length mock for that exam in the app (AFOQT: 6; SIFT: 3; OAR: 3), answering at least 50% of each mock's questions;
- your official score on that composite, from the attempt on that test date, is below your target; and
- you claim within 60 days after the test date, in the app (More → Claim the score guarantee), confirming the official score.
The check is automatic and the refund is issued immediately when the conditions are met. One guarantee refund per person per exam. Providing a false score is a breach of these terms.
6. Referrals
A friend who buys through your link gets $10 off. Once their 14-day refund window has passed and their pass is still active, you get $10 back on your own pass, or a $10 credit toward one if you haven't bought yet. Self-referrals don't count.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and the facts current, but provide it "as is". If we materially change these terms we will post the new version here with a new date.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
