Army — ASVAB requirements.
The Army uses a 10-composite line-score system on top of the AFQT. Active-duty enlistment requires a minimum AFQT of 31. Each Army MOS lists one or more line-score minimums in the formula columns above; meeting the AFQT minimum is necessary but not sufficient — the relevant composite minimum must also be cleared.
The United States Army tier-1 minimum AFQT is 31. Line-score composites sit on top of AFQT and decide which jobs stay open: GT, CL, CO, EL, FA, GM, MM, OF, SC, ST.
