We collect only what we need to deliver the calculators and optional email plans you request. No SSN, date-of-birth-alone, government-ID number, or recruiter-private data is collected anywhere on the public site.
What we collect
- Email address and an explicit 16+ self-attestation when you request a study plan or checklist.
- Anonymous practice-run telemetry (item, correct/incorrect, time spent) to power the score predictor.
- Standard product analytics (PostHog) with bot filtering and internal-IP exclusion.
What we never collect
- SSN, full DOB alone, government ID numbers.
- Recruiter-private data or any branch-internal data.
- Any data on users who decline the 16+ self-attestation.
Retention and deletion
Lead-capture rows are auto-purged 24 months after last activity. Hard-delete on request within 30 days via /privacy/delete.
Subprocessors
Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN), PostHog (product analytics), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic / OpenAI (build-time only — never on a user-facing page-load critical path).
Minor users
If you self-identify as 13–15, the form rejects without storing PII; a parent-contact path is offered. Marketing emails to attested 16–17-year-olds are limited to study content. Financial-services or affiliate emails are gated to verified ≥18 users only.
